a transitional year or “fifth pathway”, but not an observership.

Ø  A clear, demonstrated interest in Family Medicine.

Ø  Graduated from medical school within the last five years.

Ø  USMLE Step 1 and Step 2 scores above 200 / 82; COMLEX scores above 500 / 82.

Ø  Direct ties to Huntsville or the region (Alabama or a neighboring state) such as having lived here before

or having done undergraduate studies here, etc.
